  Due Deligence of Dealers who check Car Trade Customers

  Dealer Issue : This is to inform you that my wife and I had shortlisted a pre-used car Maruti Zen Reg.no.MH04-Bk-XXXX, Color -Red.. from your portal after which I started getting calls from your customer service, we at last agreed to go for that car, and the customer service executive fixed our appointment with the Dealer 3G Auto at Vasai (Dealers name is Hitesh. He has now closed that Dealership and opened a new Dealership by the name of CITY Motors). While buying the car from 3G Auto on the behest of CARTRADE, we noticed that the color of car in the RC is Silver, but the Car we had selected was colored RED. We brought it to the notice of the Dealer. He assured us that he would get the new color transferred alongwith the owner's name change. Since he was running a showroom we believed him and paid him Rs3000 towards the RTO name and color transfer charges and got a receipt of payment from him. Now it has been more than 5 months and still he has not transferred our name nor the color in the RC. We have followed up with him umpteen number of times but he cuts our phone and when we approaches his showroom he gives us some stories and promises us to get the transfer done. We have now decided to approach the cops in this regard to either get a refund from him or get the name and color of the car transferred in the RC. Since we bought the car with the help of CAR TRADE I suggest you use your good offices to put pressure on such crooked dealers who are out to cheat gullible buyers. And seek your assistance in getting the car registration transferred in
